Who we’re looking for
You don’t need previous experience to apply for a junior care role – full training is provided. What matters most to us is the right attitude:

- Reliability and a willingness to be part of a team
- Good communication skills and respect for the people you support
- For senior roles, relevant care experience and/or an NVQ / Diploma in Health & Social Care
